Livia will share with you what it is and how to enjoy it true Italian style. It was traditionally a light drink and meal at the end of a work day as a warm up to dinner and now it is quintessentially an expression of Italian culture. During this class, Livia will prepare four classic aperitivo recipes that will impress your friends at your next dinner party.
For our Puglia Aperitivo Classes in May Livia has selected some of her favourite dishes from her time spent in the region to inspire you. Come and join Livia and learn how to prepare Tarallini al Vino, Melanzane alla Tarantina & Pitta di Patate Salentina. All these dishes are enjoyed with a refreshing Rossini cocktail.

What you’ll need:
If you are planning to cook along with Livia then the following equipment would be useful:
- A wooden board
- A rolling pin
- A pasta cutter and/or a knife
In case you don’t have some of the items listed above, don’t worry, we can find an alternative.
