Scotland is known for its fresh local produce. In this Scottish cooking class, our chef Louise live from her kitchen in the north of Scotland will show you how to make the most of local produce.
In Louise’s July class we have another inspiring menu for you. Louise will be preparing her delicious Scottish salmon en croute with Asparagus in a white wine sauce along with her tasty summer pudding. These dishes celebrate some of Scotland’s famous and fresh seasonal produce.
On the menu for August is a warming duck breast salad with roasted butternut. This is a simple dish but one that is sure to put a smile on the faces of your guests and all finished off with Louise’s tasty lemon tart.

- A rolling pin
- Stirring bowls

Louise MacDonald is based in Highland Perthshire, she is our chef on our staycations and our guests love her traditional cooking and baking. Louise has many years of experience and her enjoyment of Seasonal Cooking for groups has led her to take it up professionally. Louise loves sharing her recipes- she uses the best of local ingredients to create delicious Scottish dishes.
