We all know that practice makes perfect so what better way to perfect your Italian than during this Italian conversation class and learn all about the famous Aperitivo in Italian.
These evening Aperitivo Chat sessions are a great, relaxed way to practise your Italian with fellow guests and learn new phrases, expressions and vocabulary over a good glass of wine or two from the comfort of your home! Livia, our Chef from Bologna will be live from her kitchen for our Thursday Aperitivo class sharing recipes and history of the ingredients in Italian of course.

- The art of the traditional Aperitivo
This Italian conversation class is suitable for those missing practising their Italian language skills in situ and in a cultural setting. This class has it all, great food, great drink and great chat amongst friends.

A love of all things Italy and maybe a glass of wine or Aperol to immerse yourself in the ‘Dolce vita’.
Your Chef & Tutor
Livia Giovanni has been a Flavours chef for over 15 years and has been cooking almost her life. She’s an expert in all kinds of pastas and has mastered the teaching skills required to make it easy to learn! Livia will transport you to the rolling hills of Bologna and Tuscany as she guides you through dishes such as Tortelli di Ortica and Lasagne di Zucchine.
