Our online Pilates classes are led by our expert instructors who are all trained in Body Control Pilates. This style of Pilates is based on the principles of the founder, Joseph Pilates, and perfectly couples toning your body with combating health problems such as back pain and arthritis.

You’ll be part of a small group, which gives you plenty of time to work with your Pilates instructor. Our classes are suitable for any age or ability and the courses are guaranteed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, healthier and refreshed.

All you need to do is find some space in your home with a mat or a towel and come in comfortable clothing and leave the rest to our Pilates instructors!

Hips and Core Pilates Class-£12

In this hips and core Pilates class you will be targeting key areas of the body which often cause discomfort and will work on strengthening your hips.

Wednesdays at 8.00am.

Evening wind down Pilates class-£12

Our evening wind down Pilates class with gentle relaxing Pilates exercises will help alleviate what the day has thrown at us emptying our minds and releasing tension.

Wednesdays at 7:15pm.


Pilates Back to Basics-£50

Special offer 6 classes for the price of 5.

Our Back to Basics 6 week course is suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of Pilates who are looking to build their confidence in the practice.

Fridays at 10am.


Pilates Class with resistance bands-£12

This Pilates class with resistance bands is perfect for Pilates fans looking for a challenge and  including it in a mat routine creates new and exciting exercise possibilities

Thursday at 11:15am



Pilates Matwork Class-£12

This hour long matwork Pilates class is suitable for all levels and focuses on working on your alignment, posture, core stability, and spinal movements.

Mondays at 6:30pm.


Saturday Pilates Matwork Class-£12

This hour long matwork Pilates class is suitable for all levels and focuses on working on your alignment, posture, core stability, and spinal movements.

Saturdays at 11am.


Pilates Class Adding weights and balance-£12

This hour long  Pilates class is suitable for all levels and focuses on Pilates practice using weights to encourage core balance.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:15am.

Pilates with Catherine Crompton

Catherine Crompton trained as a Pilates instructor after she used Pilates as a rehabilitation method after an injury. She values Pilates as she knows firsthand that it can help with many medical conditions including stress and anxiety. Catherine is a certified Level 3 Matwork instructor, as well as a back care professional.

Pilates with Charlotte Cirell

Charlotte Cirell qualified as a Body Control Pilates teacher in 2003, following a career break. She loves teaching and practising Pilates for the flexibility and strength benefits and the feel-good factor after every class. Charlotte specialises in Pilates for low back pain, pregnancy and bone health.

Ele Pilates teacher

Pilates with Eleanor Crossland

Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.

Mandy Parr is an experienced Body Control Pilates instructor and a firm believer in incorporating Pilates into your daily routine so it becomes your way of life! She’s been teaching Pilates since 2003, and is trained in Intermediate and Advanced Matwork.

Sharon has been teaching Pilates since 2008. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 11 years as well as being a holistic therapist and trainer. As a Reiki Master she loves to meditate daily and would love you to join in.

Online Pilates Classes with Flavours

Our Pilates online classes are suitable for all experience levels, and are a fun way to develop your Pilates practice further. Your Pilates Instructor will be live over zoom to give you real time feedback along with your fellow students. You can join our Thursday and Friday drop in Matwork classes to get a taster of Pilates or to get back into your practice. For the more accomplished Pilates students you can join our 6 week Back to Basics course to encourage you to have a more confident practice.
