Awaken the body with Pilates
An early morning Pilates class with slow flowing gentle Pilates exercises is the ideal way to start the day. Although mornings can be quiet and peaceful our minds and bodies start racing ahead of us. Pilates will gently awaken both our mind and body energising us and getting ready to start the day with a clear and focused mind improving our mood and relieving night tension. We can boost many body functions including our metabolism and circulation as well as improving our core strength and posture. Let’s get the day started with a smile !

What you’ll need:
Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out for you to take part in this Morning Pilates class.
Sharon has been teaching Pilates since 2008. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 11 years as well as being a holistic therapist and trainer. As a Reiki Master she loves to meditate daily and would love you to join in.
