Come and join online Pilates classes with Eleanor. Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.

This introduction to Pilates class is suitable for all levels and will go through the core basics of Pilates that suits your fitness level and individual requirements.

Pilates Class-Variations and Adaptations-£10

Come and join us on this Pilates Class-Variations and Adaptations is the next level in your Pilates journey and will build on the basics from your introduction to Pilates

Pilates Matwork Class-£10

This hour long matwork Pilates class is suitable for all levels and focuses on working on your alignment, posture, core stability, and spinal movements.

Mondays at 6:30pm, Thursdays at 11am, Fridays at 2pm and Saturdays at 10am.

 

Pilates Class Adding weights and balance-£10

This hour long  Pilates class is suitable for all levels and focuses on Pilates practice using weights to encourage core balance.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11am.

 

Pilates Class-Challenging hips and pelvic stability -£10

This hour long challenging hips and pelvic stability Pilates class is suitable for all levels and focuses on working on your moves to encourage hip and pelvic stability.
