Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.

Full Body Workout Pilates Class-£12

This full body workout Pilates class aims to improve your strength and stamina, coordination and balance leaving you ready for the rest of the day feeling lengthened and strong.

Tuesdays at 8.00am.
