Pilates refresh

This class is suitable for beginners, students who may have some previous experience, and those who are looking to take their ability to the next level.

What you’ll learn:

An energizing class reaffirming the principles of Pilates, namely breathing, concentration, centering, control  alignment, and flowing movements

What you’ll need:

Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on, and have space to stretch out.

Mandy Parr is an experienced Body Control Pilates instructor and a firm believer in incorporating Pilates into your daily routine so it becomes your way of life! She’s been teaching Pilates since 2003 and is trained in Intermediate and Advanced Matwork.

Joining our online classes

Our online classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the Zoom class.
