Come and join Pier Luigi on his Bologna cuisine cooking class live from his kitchen where he has created a wonderful menu for you to enjoy. You will prepare his delicious Involtino di pollo e melanzane al pecorino in crema di piselli, followed by Insalata di riso e tonno fresco servita con cigliegini e basilico and finished off with his beautiful Cremoso di ricotta alle fragole.

Come and join Livia on her online Italian vegetarian Cooking class on a winter afternoon. For starter, you’ll be cooking Focaccia Con il Formaggio followed by Tortino di Melanzane and for that sweet finish Rotolo Alle Fragole e Mascarpone.

Spanish Cooking class-£20
Come and join Noemi and her mother live from their kitchen in Granada. In this Spanish cooking class you will be treated to their favourite spring dishes from Andalusia. Noemi and her mother will be sharing their family recipes to make iconic dishes such as Albóndigas en salsa Española (meatballs with spanish sauce) and a special Tapas Menu on Fridays.

Come and join our wonderful Chef Carlo live from his home near Pisa in northern Tuscany where he will be showing you how to make the traditional Tuscan pasta dish, Pici con le briciole followed by a delicious chocolate cake that will transport to the Tuscan hills.

Come and join Letitia Clark live from sunny Sardinia on her Italian Cooking Masterclass as she takes you through how to make some of the most iconic Italian dishes as well as sharing her top tips on creating these delicious dishes.

Cook with Carla Zanardi
Carla Zanardi is our very own Sicilian ‘Mama’. Carla has been teaching her Sicilian delights for over 10 years with Flavours and can turn any novice into a master chef by the end of her lessons. You’ll get immersed in Sicilian culture and traditions as you cook dishes such as Polpette al limone and Caponata – so much so you’ll feel as though you were surrounded by olive groves and azure seas.
Cook with Livia Giovanni
Livia Giovanni has been a Flavours chef for over 15 years and has been cooking almost her life. She’s an expert in all kinds of pastas and has mastered the teaching skills required to make it easy to learn! Livia will transport you to the rolling hills of Bologna and Tuscany as she guides you through dishes such as Tortelli di Ortica and Lasagne di Zucchine.
Cook with Louise Macdonald
Louise MacDonald is based in Highland Perthshire, she is our chef on our staycations and our guests love her traditional cooking and baking. Louise has many years of experience and her enjoyment of Seasonal Cooking for groups has led her to take it up professionally. Louise loves sharing her recipes- she uses the best of local ingredients to create delicious Scottish dishes.
Cooking with Letitia Clark
Originally from Devon, Letitia Clark is a chef, illustrator and author who has pursued her love of food throughout her career. She trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, before working in many London restaurants. After 10 years in London, she relocated to sunny Sardinia to write, draw and cook full-time
Online Cooking with Flavours
Our online cooking classes are suitable for all experience levels, and are a fun way to master a variety of Italian recipes. The lessons are interactive and are often shared with a glass of Prosecco. You can also just watch, take notes and get involved in the chat if you choose not to cook along with our chefs during the class.
