Aperitivo Cooking Class-£10

What better way to spend your winter nights that learning all about the famous Italian Aperativo. Livia will share with you what it is and how to enjoy it true Italian style.

Every Friday and Saturday at 5pm.


Learn to cook Bologna cuisine-£20

Come and join Pier Luigi on his online cooking class on a winter afternoon to prepare a traditional 3 course lunch from the region the boasts the foodie capital of Italy.

Saturdays at 12.30pm.

Traditional Lunch-£20

Come and join Livia on her online cooking class on a Sunday afternoon to prepare a traditional 3 course lunch. Each recipe is based around what is in season for sustainable cooking.

Every Sunday at 12.30pm.

Focaccia and Salad Demonstration class-£10

Come and join Letitia Clark live from sunny Sardinia and she will share her top tips to make the perfect focaccia along with a winter salad.

Italian Vegetarian cooking class- £20

Come and join Livia on her online Italian vegetarian Cooking class on a winter afternoon to prepare a traditional 3 course lunch.

Next class Sunday 24th of January at 12.30pm


Sicilian Cooking Class-£20

Come and join Carla on her online cooking class to prepare three hearty courses fit for any traditional Sicilian autumn menu.

Thursdays at 12.30pm and Saturdays at 5pm.

Puglia Cooking Class-£20

Come and join Vito live from the Salento region in Puglia where he will share his favourite recipes for that famous Mediterranean diet.

The last Saturday of every month at 12.30pm.

Tuscan Cooking Class-£20

Come and join our wonderful Chef Carlo live from his home near Pisa in northern Tuscany where he will be showing you how to make signature Tuscan dishes that will transport to the Tuscan hills.

Every 3rd Saturday of the month at 12.30pm.

Scottish Baking class-£15

During this Scottish baking class with our Chef Louise live from her kitchen in the north of Scotland, you will be preparing a lovely hot chocolate pudding and the signature Scottish shortbread.

Next class on Saturday 16th of January  at 12.30pm.

Scottish cooking class-£15

Come and join our chef Louise live from her home in the Highlands to prepare traditional hot smoked salmon fishcakes with home made tartare sauce and Scottish oat cakes.

Next class on Saturday 23rd of January  at 12.30pm.

Soda bread and Soups Demonstration class-£10

Come and join Letitia Clark live from sunny Sardinia and she will take you through how to bake soda bread from scratch and give you top tips on our her healthy and hearty winter soups.

Cook with Carla Zanardi

Carla Zanardi is our very own Sicilian ‘Mama’. Carla has been teaching her Sicilian delights for over 10 years with Flavours and can turn any novice into a master chef by the end of her lessons. You’ll get immersed in Sicilian culture and traditions as you cook dishes such as Polpette al limone and Caponata – so much so you’ll feel as though you were surrounded by olive groves and azure seas.

Cook with Livia Giovanni

Livia Giovanni has been a Flavours chef for over 15 years and has been cooking almost her life. She’s an expert in all kinds of pastas and has mastered the teaching skills required to make it easy to learn! Livia will transport you to the rolling hills of Bologna and Tuscany as she guides you through dishes such as Tortelli di Ortica and Lasagne di Zucchine.

Cooking with Letitia Clark

Originally from Devon, Letitia Clark is a chef, illustrator and author who has pursued her love of food throughout her career. She trained at Leiths School of Food and Wine, before working in many London restaurants. After 10 years in London, she relocated to sunny Sardinia to write, draw and cook full-time

Online Cooking with Flavours

Our online cooking classes are suitable for all experience levels, and are a fun way to master a variety of Italian recipes. The lessons are interactive and are often shared with a glass of Prosecco. You can also just watch, take notes and get involved in the chat if you choose not to cook along with our chefs during the class.

Full details of the recipe, utensils and ingredients required will be displayed on the screen and emailed to you upon booking confirmation.
