What you’ll need:
If you are planning to cook along with Pier Luigi then the following equipment would be useful:
- A wooden board
- A rolling pin
- A pasta cutter and/or a knife
In case you don’t have some of the items listed above, don’t worry, we can find an alternative.
Don’t forget to buy a bottle of Prosecco or wine, to have a ‘virtual Salute’ together at Midday!
Pier Luigi has been a chef since he can remember and has his own restaurant in the Emilia Romagna region, home of the foodie capital of Italy, Bologna. Pier Luigi is a true gent and our guests love to cook with him. His pappardelle with chestnuts, leeks and pork is a true favourite.
