Come and join our wonderful Chef Carlo on this online Tuscan cooking class live from his home near Pisa in northern Tuscany where he will be showing you how to make signature Tuscan dishes that will transport to the Tuscan hills.
For Carlo’s June class he has selected 2 of his favourite spring dishes to share with you. Carlo will guide you through the preparation for his Farfalle con salsa su l’uscetto dell’orto, Farfalle pasta with a vegetable garden sauce and Budino di asparagi con zabaione salato, a delicious Asparagus pudding with a salty eggnog. If you fancy a true taste of Tuscany then this is the class for you.
This Tuscan cooking class is suitable for novices and enthusiasts to Italian cooking.

If you are planning to cook along with Livia then the following equipment would be useful:
- A wooden board
- A rolling pin
- A pasta cutter and/or a knife
In case you don’t have some of the items listed above, don’t worry, we can find an alternative.
Don’t forget to buy a bottle of Prosecco or wine, to have a ‘virtual Saluti’ together at Midday!
Carlo Cioli has been a chef in Northern Tuscany for more than 25 years and incorporates the culture and traditions of his beloved Tuscany in his cooking. His pasta making skills are second to none and loves to share stories of family recipes and secrets with our guests.
