New Workshop-How to journal

Be inspired by this Introduction to Journaling class, where you’ll be introduced how to journal and the creative and mindful benefits of this past time and begin your own journey in writing and creating. Claire will take you through some of her favourite journaling prompts to get started, and together we’ll dip our toes into this rewarding practise.

What you’ll learn:

An introduction to journaling practise
Creative approaches to journaling that will free you from the blank page fear
Where to find starting points and inspiration
Forming a journal habit and how to catch the gratitude bug.
Ideas and inspiration for journaling

What you’ll need:

You will be needing a notebook or journal along with scissors, pen and glue. Printed sheets of recourses are optional but will be sent over.

Your Tutor

Claire is passionate about journaling, letter-writing and all things analogue. She is a writer, tutor, creative mentor and runs online stationery shop Libraries & Archives Paper Company. Based in Edinburgh, she journals every day and would love to introduce you to the benefits and rewards of putting pen to paper.

Joining our live classes

Our ‘live’ classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the zoom class.
