This Friday morning Beginners yoga class with Aggie MacKenzie is the perfect way to start your day and get ready for the weekend. In this 1 hour class, Aggie will take you through a yoga practice that is simple and accessible for all whilst ensuring that you are pushing your body to feel the maximum benefits of Yoga. Aggie will help you feel fitter, stronger and more flexible thanks to her style of Yoga and her own personal experience with Yoga.
What you’ll learn:
- Learn traditional yoga postures
- Maximising the benefits of Yoga within the limits of your level of fitness
- To take a full practice at your own pace
What you’ll need:
Our Yoga Instructor would advise you to wear comfortable clothing to join this beginners yoga class with Aggie MacKenzie and if you have them to hand you can bring a couple of yoga blocks, (big books); a strap (a dressing gown cord works well!) and a blanket.
Your Instructor

Aggie MacKenzie, a journalist and broadcaster, probably best known for co-presenting Channel 4’s How Clean is your House?. Aggie has been a yoga practitioner for years and decided to take her love for yoga to the next level. She has been qualified since July 2017, and teaches small groups or one-to-ones, mainly from her home in north London and at workplaces.
Joining our live classes
Our ‘live’ classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the zoom class.
