Relaxation time with Pilates
After a busy day we often feel the tightness in our shoulders, tension headaches and sore butts and backs. It’s time to wind down and clear the mind and body of the day’s stresses. Our evening Pilates class with gentle relaxing Pilates exercises will help alleviate what the day has thrown at us emptying our minds and releasing tension, ultimately helping with a good night’s sleep. Enables us to accept relaxation and reflect on the good of the day.
What you’ll learn:
- Understand how to incorporate periods of relaxation into your day
- Top tips on how to boost your metabolism and circulation
- Reduce tightness in problem areas such as shoulders and back
What you’ll need:
Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out for you to take part in this Evening Pilates class.
Sharon has been teaching Pilates since 2008. She worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 11 years as well as being a holistic therapist and trainer. As a Reiki Master she loves to meditate daily and would love you to join in.
Joining our online classes
Our online classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the Zoom class.
