Classic Festive Italian Cooking class
Duration: 1 hour
Festive family secrets to make authentic Italian Christmas Lunch
Come and join Livia on this festive afternoon to prepare a traditional 3 course Christmas lunch with favourites from the regions of Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. She will start this cooking class by taking you on a journey of Italy talking about the local festive traditions and explaining why and how to cook each ingredient. Cooking Italian style is as much about the ingredients as it is about the tools and kitchen set up. Livia has cooked in many kitchens across Italy and will share her techniques to allow you to cook with ease.
What you’ll learn:
- To prepare traditional festive Italian dishes with local produce that doesn’t break the bank
- The history and culture behind the ingredients to impress your friends at dinner parties
- To set your kitchen up like a chef and enjoy hours of cooking with ease
This cooking class is suitable for novices and enthusiasts to Italian cooking thanks to Livia’s teaching style and classic recipes.
What you’ll need:
