In this enhanced mobility Pilates class start the day feeling fresh and energised. Small, precise movements can have some great benefits for your mobility. In this class we look at moving our body in all planes of movement to ease out tension and leave you feeling loose and strong.

What you’ll need:
Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out to take part in this enhanced mobility Pilates class.
Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.
Joining our live classes
