Boost your posture with Pilates

In this full body toning Pilates class we will focus on lengthening and strengthening your whole body by using the key principles of Pilates. Through these principles we will engage every muscle in your body to achieve an all round session which targets many of the problem areas that cause discomfort. You will finish the class feeling strong, energised and ready for the day ahead.

What you’ll learn:

  • Increase your energy levels and body strength

What you’ll need:

Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out to take part in this full body toning Pilates class.

Ele Pilates teacher

Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.

Joining our live classes

Our ‘live’ classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the zoom class.
