Full Body Workout Pilates Class

Start your day in the right way with Pilates
This full body workout Pilates class aims to improve your strength and stamina, coordination and balance. From a variety of starting positions including standing, lying on our backs, side-lying and on all fours, we’ll work the entire body to wake up your muscles and leave you ready for the rest of the day feeling lengthened and strong.
What you’ll learn:
- Understand how to target problem areas of discomfort
- Top tips on how to start your day in the right way using Pilates
- How to improve your balance and coordination
What you’ll need:
Our Pilates Instructors would advise you to wear comfortable clothing, have a mat or a towel to lie on and space to stretch out to take part in this full body workout class.
Eleanor Crossland is a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher, focusing on the benefits of non-impact exercise to strengthen and tone the body. Ele shares her passion for Pilates with both new and experienced learners, and takes pleasure in teaching people to develop their strength, confidence and enthusiasm through workouts.
Joining our live classes
Our ‘live’ classes will take place via Zoom. We’d recommend using a laptop or desktop if possible to make it easier for you to take part. Upon booking your class, you will receive an email confirmation with full details of how to join and your link to the zoom class.
